2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when it was received.
- The item must have all original packaging and tags (if applicable).
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that certain items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Handbags marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Email us at luxurybagparty@gmail.com with your order number, reason for the return, and any photos if there is an issue with the product.
- Return Authorization: Upon review, we will provide instructions for the return, including a return authorization and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
- Shipping the Return: You are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at luxurybagparty@gmail.com with photos and details of the issue. We will assess the damage and may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Non-Refundable Fees
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
